Refund Policy

For purchases delivered in the United States, NeeDoh applies the customer terms described on this page.

Approval and label

Send us the order details first so we can authorize the return. When the request qualifies, we arrange and pay for return shipping through instructions or a prepaid label.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, contact us with the order information and useful photos. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy.

Refunds and cancellations

After we receive and approve an eligible return, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. A bank or payment provider may need more time to post it. Request a cancellation or order change as soon as possible before shipment; completion cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Return eligibility

A customer may ask to return or exchange an item within 30 days after delivery. The item should be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the order number or another proof of purchase.
