NeeDoh publishes this information for customers placing orders in the United States.

Processing and transit

Orders are normally prepared in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, Standard Shipping generally takes 4–6 business days. Weekends and US federal holidays are not business days, and carrier estimates are not absolute delivery guarantees.

Tracking and address corrections

Tracking details are emailed after the order ships. Review the delivery address before checkout and contact us quickly if it is wrong. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch.

Delay, loss, or damage

If tracking stalls, a parcel appears lost, or the delivery is damaged or incorrect, send us the order and tracking details so we can investigate with the carrier and provide appropriate support.
